If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your product or an item proves to be defective within 60 days, then Toner Outlet Inc. will replace the product at no additional cost and free shipping. The item & packaging must have been kept in new condition in all aspects other than the defect.

You have 30 days to return an unopened item with a restocking fee of 10%. After 30 days the restocking fee will increase:

• 30%-50% for new
• 10%-30% compatibility, which depends on the condition of the merchandise.

The packaging must be in excellent condition & must be wrapped up before returning it.

For exchange/return on items that has already been opened and would like to exchange/return it within 30 days, the restocking fee on that is:

• 30%-50% for New
• 10%-30% for Compatible; depending on the condition of the merchandise.
