If however an item proves to be defective within 60 days, our policy is to replace the product at no cost and free shipping of the new item. The item & packaging must have been kept in new condition in all aspects other than the defect.

To return an unopened item within 30 days, there will be a restocking fee of 10%. After 30 days the restocking fee will be: New 30%-50%, Compatible 10%-30% depending on the condition of the merchandise. The packaging must be in excellent condition & must be wrapped up before returning it.

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange/return it within 30 days, but the box/cartridge has already been opened, the restocking fee on that is: New 30%-50% Compatible 10%-30% depending on the condition of the merchandise.
